Let's Start The Christmas Season Off Right......................................

Well, here it is, December 1st, 2014.  My how time passes by.  Turkey and Football gives way too shiny lights and Christmas trees.  While I am not a fan of commercialized Christmas events and treasure special moments with my family and homemade Christmas gifts that bring bring smiles and hugs from those you love the most, I do enjoy listening to Christ;mas music during the next few weeks.

A friend of mine pointed me in the direction of this video tonight, and, I knew right away that it was time to begin the celebration of Christmas.   Hope you enjoy this video.......................................

It it amazing what the world of electronics can bring us these days.

Time to sit around the fly tying bench and listen to some of my favorite Christmas songs while I await to see what Santa leaves for this ol' Fly Tyer this year..............................

    1. Howard, please tell me you are not the "Scrooge"...........................
Thanks for the holiday wishes and I sure hope that yours and Pam's Christmas is much better than what went down last year with your health issues. I just might have to tie a fly for you called the "Scrooge".............

  4. I would much rather spend my time with family and friends than in line at a store. I just don't get these people. Although, I work in the mornings on Holidays, but I'm off in time to still celebrate and spend time with the family. I like the Christmas music around the holidays, too. It's refreshing.

    1. Sure can't disagree with anything you commented on, Justin. The crazy shopping rush is way more than I intend to deal with anymore. Thank God for gift certificates and some online shopping. Holidays are meant for the family and Christmas is for the kids anyway........

Glad you liked the Christmas music!

    1. Hi, Bryan. The same to you my friend. May your holiday season be spent with those you love and cherish. Speaking of Elvis, looks like he and Martina McBride would have made a good duet. Like I said, electronics are so masterful these days in bringing it all to us in a way you would never expect.
