    1. Thank you, Howard, for the kind words on the photo. I was rather impressed myself and knew it had to have it's own post. Thought it would be a great jump off spot for my new blogging format. Sometimes fishing is not about the fishing, but, about what blessings we receive while we are enjoying the great Colorado outdoors..........................

Also, yes, to answer your question. Anytime, you can make the time, I am willing to show you some new water in my area.

  2. R & D is good. Not catching, not so good. Great sunrise picture, though.

    1. You are right, Mark! When Research and Development is in it's early stages it becomes an up hill battle for awhile. Just requires more Research and Development time and I have nothing but time. So I will be working on it. Thanks for the compliment on the picture.

    1. Hello, FlyFisher1000, always great to have you visit my blog and take time to leave a comment. It is, indeed, a pleasure to live on the Front Range in Colorado. Along with all the outdoor fun, I, too, have been a lifelong Bronco fan. From the early days, just could not get enough Denver Broncos. Yes, I remember all the Super Bowl trips and the frustration with losing them. Then, John Elway, finally took us to the top two years in a row!

Peyton Manning has done so much for this team and the community and all the fans. Without a doubt, he is the greatest quarterback to ever play the game...................................
Winning another Super Bowl would silence all of his critics, forever! Go, Broncos............................................

  4. That is one beautiful photo! You win some and you lose some, but I'd personally consider this outing a win, because, of this photo!

    1. Hi, Justin, thanks for checking in and for the kind comments on the photo. It really was a wonderful morning out. I have learned to take some punches to win the fight once in awhile. That pond needs more attention.

The photo was a once in a lifetime shot. Never happen again!
